The problem with the Tower and the Tower of God universe in general is that it canonically operates on the concept of written stories. Like a book, the entire lives of the characters are predetermined from beginning to end, including the irregular ones. To put it simply, canonically it's all a story written by a god, including moments where the characters seemingly break their fates, so it's a terrible universe to visit without something like the Waifu Catalog defenses.

You're forgetting a lot of really good or even OP techniques, including some that only fail to surpass Gojo and Sukuna due to the user's skill. Angel, Projection Sorcery, Miracles, Judgeman, Puppet Manipulation, Kenjaku techinque, Antigravity System, Solo Forbidden Area, Sky Manipulation and Mythical Beast Amber (It is probably possible to avoid dying if the user masters reversed curse technique, but the lightning attribute alone makes it worth it).
