It'll be revealed next chapter, this was a transition chapter that didn't focus on Jack's POV, and Neo has basically no reason to care about the Schnee family so it hasn't been mentioned yet.

She's almost certainly not going to be a love interest. Which kind of is part of the reason I'm having her be sent. Not every female character that gets mentioned by name should be part of the harem. Also its Vali just being petty to Azazel.

He won't. I'm trying to still portray Rias in a positive light and not play into fanon tropes, but he has no reason to help her.

That's a fair criticism, I think I just find Aika really overused. She's basically the easiest girl to get if you're packing in fanfiction, which every MC always is.
