I doubt Trunks or Goten were either. And Vegeta had a VERY good reason to turn given how pissed he was, and he died right after precisely because he couldn’t handle it

Good question! The answer to that is something that Ajax will be confronted too. Guru assigned him a thesis after all, and he’s gotta work on that. Frieza is about 40-50% Goku is at 100%, ki at like 1-2% Nappa is dead, so is Vegeta, so 0% Ajax is 80-90%, ki at like 30% The rest are essentially fresh. They’ve all been healed by Dende so their all in good health. It’s their Ki that depletes and cannot be recovered by Dende
