wait... you can't be near dead if you're inmortal, wasn't that the reason for black to remain mortal...?
basically... no more zenkais for gohan
stop calling nolan father thus taking a bit of the reason why he is willing to help is a... bad idea no matter how you look at it I mean if mc was og mark maybe but even after spending time with nolal mc still feels somewhat detached. I mean is not like he will betray earth, he already betrayed the empire... but that was the equivalent to a man returning from war just to realize his son no longer recognizes him as father knowing he killed people for his country in the past only for no reason since he knew all this time it reminds me of amazons amber but with the matter unspoken
I may be a bit of a pessimist... but I know this pattern... is THE update... the update of the death... let's hope I'm wrong
saiyans cannot survive in space... at all, and I mean it, is the closest thing they seem to have to kryptonite and the only one to ever do so is non-canon broly but is not a good example since a non canon baby as strong as goku in the saiyan saga is able to do it and a goku/vegeta from buu saga need to escape from kid buu destroying earth instead of protecting everyone from the destructtion and then teleport or so, and even in dc kryptonian hybrids have trouble breathing in space seems to be a small thing, but things like this tend to build up to in this case for example mc no longer being a saiyan but something else entirely
as far as I know trunks is not arrogant, rather... he may as well be the most modest character in dragon ball is the type of character that bows to a king tens of thousands of times weaker embarrased just for the sake of etiquete but is ready to kill that king along with his father without hesitation if life's are at stake, and do so as fast and efficient as possible without flexing at all, is the definition of "a man with a mission" just means trunks has nothing to do with mc arrogance, power just got to his head a bit lol
if you find it boring is a valid review, is your point of view, but this story is doing a good job with a good characterization, this is an actual shot on "what if naruto gets into the Avatar world", I mean you expect naruto to what? be the overlord of this new world? that's not naruto, forcing characters to be out of character almost always ends up being cringy, also people complain when a fic is about a reincarnator with "insert character" character's body as well, is unreasonable...
Blut vein is a Quincy excusive type of defense, Hierro is the Arrancar defense
the thing is that smallville is a bit less about superheroes and more about "Clark Kent" life and how affects him, the actual series has slow pace as well repeating the same clark saves someone in slow motion over and over, this fanfic is actually going fast compared to it and skipping a lot, but that's fine if you want to read the novalization of the series you just watch the series lol, on the other side, my personal opinion is that maybe Leo should be a bit more involved in the events somehow, I mean, making clark do this cave thing alone is a good thing, the two were probably going to clash when it comes to love and is actually a good explanation on why he wasn't there after all if he got involved later on clark would be blaming leo and not his powers for his failed love life, but I think there's more interesting things to explore like the relationship with Clark parents and anyone that knows of Leo's existance, the potential fear of clark not having "backup" one day if he gets used to it, etc and the solution to that issue was a bit predictable, leaving clark alone so he can fail in romance by himself and he can blame his powers once more instead of Leo
If you think carefully about this situation is a bit weird even originally, Naruto is actually the reincarnation of Toneri's cousing
