The author previously said that ice type moves deals 4 times damages on Dragonair (he thought Dragonair was flying-dragon type) so of course super effectiveness exists in this fic. If it's about probing the opponent then at least he should have used fire fang which deals super effective damage while having a lower power than iron tail or a move that deals a neutral damage instead of iron tail which is resisted by Metagross.

That sucks so much. I myself am not good at picking up girls but I can tell this line really suck and any girl feeling flattered by that would be really stupid.

Why tf using Iron tail when it have Earthquake, Fire Fang and Crunch? Now, I'm sure the author isn't good with Pokemon battles. And surprisingly, that's pretty common among Chinese Pokemon fanfic authors.

Yup, that's really stupid, especially when water resist steel. and not to mention that thunder punch gave a low chance to paralyse.

When it comes to the games, this item is a really good one but now, it's a bad one. Using Agility to boost one's speed is clearly way better. Not to mention that Pokemon of this fic aren't limited to four moves.

This shouldn't be a big deal. Dragon type itself is one of the worst type offensively since it's only super effective on itself but dragon type Pokemon can learn moves from a lot of other types. Also, there's Archaludon which is the nightmare of fairy type pokemon. I myself am a player mostly focused on fairy type so I know what I say.

Not bad but also not that good. It's even possible to make a full team of steel type Pokemon that's clearly better than this. The non steel type only counter the fighting type. He should have added at least one Water type pokemon.
