nicely written! Different perspectives of people...
cringe
her character is pretty ambiguous in the original book, where her interests or personality isnt properly defihned. this gave fanfiction writers free reign to shape her however the feel, without having to worry about angering fans. And it's because of this we get to love a character as cool as her
isn't Machiavelliansm supposed to be the concept of nilhism?
except it's absurd. She is delusional to have such standards when she knows she is at the top in terms of strength, status or social standing. how about instead of money, she looks for love huh? how about someone who cares for her and is there when she's at her worst. this is more realistic fantasy for a girl looking for an ideal partner. What would a stronger, richer and nobler person would offer her? sure, they need to be strong to certain extent to protect themselves from threats, but strong than her? a sword saint? What practicality does it bring? not to mention she is self aware how strong she is. Rich? bro what? why do you care?? do you not have enough money? is it not enough to live a happy life with sustainable marriage? or do you lack money yourself? 'just match her social status' she says. Sure, why don't you look in the grocery market. You'll find such people everywhere..
what's the point of her being rich? if she is looking for someone rich, that must mean she intends to use his money in their relationship
tch
why did you post this? what was going on inside your brain where you thought 'hehe, imma post this!'
must be made in china
while writing the scene where he runs from the Silent Eaters, you know...those [Silence] chapters, did you envision every instance of encounter from the start? or went with the flow and thought about it while writing. Those are some creepy moments. I wonder how you manage to write them. Asking for research purposes..
such an innocent soul~
I feel attacked as well
that's good. I also don't see any traces of lingering romantic feelings against the og Jullien. Because if she had, her reaction during the necromancer arc wouldn't have been so lukewarm. Sure, something bad must have happened between the two, but that doesn't necessarily erase all her past feelings. I'm guessing, both of them were just really good friends, and he disappointed her somehow. Notice how she isn't hateful towards the mc? That must mean he hadn't done something unforgivable or too serious. But still, Evelyns tendency to stuck in the past and not accepting his change pricks my skin a little. Girl, just grow up!
You just summed up everything I wanted to say. But I still want to add a few things. First of all, despite the hardships faced by the mc, it doesn't come off uncomfortable to read. I have seen plenty novels where author create tragical situations which often becomes obnooxious or frustrating to keep up. This, one the otherhand gives you an odd sence of peace admist his misery. Quite ironical, considering he is being challenged at every step. I think it's because that he is so accepting of his situation that we start to feel same way as the mc. He has no parents to make proud of, no friends to disappoint, nor any expectations from people. People don't give a f* about him and neither does he. The more he falls, the more we want to see him succeed. This makes us numb to people's opinion of him, and just worry about surviving the whole ordeal. I don't know if this was planned by the author, but it's damn brilliant. But considering the author's reputation, I'm guessing it is. But of course things change as the story continues and his mentality also develops. It's so damn well executed.
Paragraphs are units of writing in a text that consist of one or more sentences grouped together. They serve to organize content and help readers understand the structure and flow of the text. Here are some key characteristics and functions of paragraphs: 1. **Topic Sentence**: Often, a paragraph begins with a topic sentence that states the main idea or point of the paragraph. 2. **Supporting Sentences**: Following the topic sentence, there are supporting sentences that provide details, examples, and explanations to elaborate on the main idea. 3. **Coherence and Unity**: A well-written paragraph maintains coherence and unity, meaning all sentences are related to the main idea and logically flow from one to the next. 4. **Transition**: Paragraphs can include transitional words or phrases to connect ideas between paragraphs, ensuring smooth reading. 5. **Visual Breaks**: In written text, paragraphs provide visual breaks, making the text more readable and less intimidating. In essence, paragraphs are fundamental building blocks in writing, aiding in the clear and effective communication of ideas.
