For the record, that's already been the case since they took down Al Capone. Prior to that, taxes were largely voluntary.
What Constitution are you speaking of? It outlaws most of the taxes Americans pay.
The Lil' Arsonist!
This Author and another I suspect of being the same person have been trying to cash in on the 1980's America Aesthetic with stories... and I am ticked because I would love to read something with that vibe, but they have smacked us with a bait and switch. We care about the 80's for the music, for the cars, for the style, for the colors. What we are getting slapped in the face with us Communist Propaganda to attack Ronald Reagan and Japan. They can't even criticize the man for his actual failures, because if they knew that much about America, they would already be an enemy of the Communist Party for knowing truth. You're probably right, I am touchy about this. This one was more subtle than the other about it. Frankly, I wouldn't react the same way if it was a 1980's Shanghai. They could get away with more anachronisms, and it's believable people might think the things these characters think.
He should try feeding it Walnuts. It's a good spirit.
It's likely because Mansour has pushed the upper limit.
You could... Reincarnate in the Spiritual World.
Shouldn't his new Brain Power help him better focus his text simulations if he bothers?
Milton must have forgotten, Bane/Bernard told him this before.
Would the Level 6 Wizard need a set of Rules... or do they upgrade their Rule to a Law? Or do they become Rule Breakers?
Rooooolz!
Maybe his next personal mission is to take some students....
Considering that Bloodline Magic still gets mentions that his Transcender Gems do not get in status.... he is due for an upgrade. He should also use a text sim to explore device magic and retain the techniques.
I wonder, can his Psychic/Mind Master Gem assist with that?
And you should know anything less than the complete surrender of the Interstellar Council won't help it's members out in any way.
Psychic, maybe?
What is it... Snake Oil? What kind of shady person would name their medicine "Hope Elixir"?
In most of the world, Merchant is a dirty word. A Capitalist at least has noble ideals and values they won't sell. A Merchant only pursues profit, their only bottom line is their own life. Of course a Communist reverses this because they have to overthrow morality and the noble heart to pursue the most greedy desires. They pretend they have some sort of Principle, but this is a cloak for their cynical view that having wealth makes you guilty, having power to keep it makes you innocent again. They don't care how you get it, although they despise those who rely on hard work... Hard Workers are always excluded from political power in Communist Countries.
There is a traitor in the ranks. Probably not Mansour, although they may be trying to corrupt Mansour.
