Ulti is loud, isn't afraid to speak her mind or take what she wants, is rude, quick to anger, swears more than a sailor, is pretty childish, and is a total fucking nutcase! Kinda I only placed the timeline within the 1600s as I forgot what year the One Piece world was established. Also, by the time I get to season one of the anime, it won't be several years in the current story; there will be canon divulgences and changes.
