Author, could you help me understand why this personality change? The MC went through several situations, there was character development, and from one moment to the next the MC has a 180 degree personality change. All the development, all the experience gained disappears, and the MC returns to being a naive child like at the beginning of the novel.

Honestly, this chapter was disappointing. I'm going to read some more, but I've lost the desire to continue reading.

I'm liking this book more and more.
