It was December 28, the first day after Christmas, yet everyone was at work. In many companies, people in the period between Christmas and New Year's shortages are free, the so-called 'long weekend', but they had so much work in their department that they could not afford such extravagance.

Very valid point. Thank you for bringing it up. I made Daji a little softer and smoothed out that part of it. She's still imperious, especially if you read the legends about her, but she realizes she screwed up big time.
