I like the way MC gets almost exaggeratedly fast paced power development... because looking at the dangers he'd soon have to face (even to leave this legacy tomb), it all sounds logical that he gets continues power boosts, because crossing too high realms to fight against his upcoming adversaries would have been even more absurd/weird than all these fruitutous encounters leading to huge power increases.

And also agree it's not really making sense, right?

Why's author dillydallying on Ailsa's issue? He already made up his mind to bend her over the knee when the time comes, so what's with this false scare of a sudden proclamation? Well, Hope definitely won't do that.

Which part of almost making her loose her soul/whole cultivation sounds like "a pouting child"? The comment sounds more like it's coming from the perspective of someone with mommy issues.

Though such should never be compromised for his good foundations and maximising his potentials as he did before... would be too dumb for him to end up making the same error twice.
