Very fun read could do with some more substance, sometimes the story fast tracks events like his business which I thick could have more detail, his women are forgetful if not for them been inspired by real people. Overall a fun read that just lacks enough detail to make it a great one. Good luck on the rest of the book.

Please don't drop this after reading first few chapters. At least give it a read till 20 chapters. It gets better. The authors writing quality also improves chapter by chapter. I am having a great time reading it

I’m up to chapter 36 and I’ve really enjoyed the story so far. Really like that the author added a system that only helps by giving resources and missions and doesn’t directly raise his cultivation. Characters so far are also enjoyable and the story so far isn’t overly complicated. Just hope it doesn’t become a “speed run to get to the highest realms in a year” type of story.

Finally, a novel with a smart, pragmatic main character—not a hero, thank goodness, and not an anti-hero either, which is even better. Is he a villain? Not quite—he falls a bit short of that. He almost gets there, but overall, he’s very pragmatic. He doesn't resort to drastic actions just for personal gain; he always starts by offering solutions first. Still, it's a good novel and worth reading!

the story is fine. not best i read but definitely worth reading. don't let other people opinions make decisions for you. give it a go and judge yourself. the author left more than a 100 chapters free for everyone to completely understand the novel before deciding to pay or leave. thank you author that was really generous
