not just the grammar tbh, just some of the way it's written makes me feel like the original author is living in his own fantasy World where he's the smartest person in the room and just assumes his readers will automatically agree that he's a genius. I mean that Hyuga Elder alone could be written better, and not just him. it's very easy to fall into the trap of over developing one character and just assuming the rest will catch up. it's one I've fallen into many times and still do to this day. The translator did his job better than the original author could. If you try to read the original story, you'll see what I mean.

as far as harem goes, that stops after his marriage, and as far as Medieval world goes, harem actually only counts if there's 5+ spouses. don't ask me why I'm not sure of the specifics because of the way the harem anime genre has clouded everything. having said that, though, I want to say two things. Aethan will have two indiscretions. one of which I've already begun setting up, and another soon to come. the latter will be the...let's say Final straw for him. He'll resist all other temptations in the future while his family is growing. and a lot of the sleeping around you're referring to is partly historical. in fact, I'd say the bulk of his...sex life occurs pre-story. What little you see in the story is either premarital or will be one of the two I mentioned. As far as the bit with Meve, that's kind of one and done. he sleeps with her but that's the end of it.
