I'm really into the idea of competing royal families, and I've honestly rarely seen such a charming supporting character cast, brilliantly done. The effort and heart that went into creating it all are as plain as day, I can't wait to see where this story goes! [img=update][img=recommend]
Jesus and I thought 2-hour car rides were exhausting...
Haaa, just the idea of those poor maids being scared is hilarious!
I really like the depiction of emotions here, it's realistic. Most of the book's charm is definitely in its authenticity, I don't often read books like these, but the author's technique definitely has me looking forward to more.
I have to say I really like the way the story progresses. We don't start it from that back before the main event happens, giving it just enough time to familiarize some main characters with the reader, before catching our interest completely. So far it's really entertaining.
The scenario is pretty original, but I enjoy the characters too, they may be a little limited but that only adds to their screentime, getting to intimately know characters is a win for me.
I Love the detail you put into the world-building and the intricacy of the protagonist's thoughts. As for the word count problem, honestly, I don't mind it being less than 1000 a chapter, to me, it makes the story more fast-paced and entertaining. [img=recommend]
The different wolds trope was a pretty interesting idea, I can definitely see that going somewhere. Of course, the humor in the writing is always a plus as well, from what I've read I have enjoyed much of it.
I loved the background and descriptions, but I have to say I stayed for the characters, all wonderfully written. The story's pace was smooth and not at all rushed. Definitely looking forward to what the author can amaze us with in the future.
Love the Eastern-style setting. The background descriptions and worldbuilding are lovely, plus action is always a win for me.[img=recommend]
