I don’t agree with you, for me it’s more linked to what was Danzo than Sasuke in Boruto. Sasuke is an executant which will not be the case and also the Uchiha clan is not as strong as it was (in number I mean, sarada + Sasuke, and it’s not a role that you can inherit (don’t know if it’s the word)) so it’s completely different. And why I think this way is because of the stability that it offers, yes the Hokage will always be above but between a job that will stay a power position "forever" and something that change like the wind you will never have a clan with a stronger or even at the same power than the Uchiha. Plus considering the fact that some (if not most) Uchiha are completely nuts and arrogant that’s not a good idea.

I'm sorry but I still don’t understand how it can balance power with this kind of role I mean you are giving a stable and powerfull role to only one clan knowing that there wouldn’t be a lot of Hokage wich means that all the major clan will allways be inferior so...
