Thats part of the problem tho. Think of it like cooking. You could take the same ingredients, and make hundreds of different recipes depending on how you mix them, and how you cook them. Writing is alot like this. You are taking the same components, yet creating your own unique story. Alot of the time, however, ai will smooth the edges of your unique writing and story, to the point where your recipe has the same flavor as a hundred others. Thats why authors need to be careful, even if they are using it JUST for editing.

Its fine as long as you actually edit it. Just allowing grammarly or AI to change the writing wantonly is usually a good way to make the writing horrible. Not saying thats what you did, just stating it generally.
