A Roman apartment building. It functioned as several small flats for the plebes and had several floors. (Usually)
After appropriating the near-worthless property, I would rebuild it as a Roman-style insula and I rent parts of it for a tidy profit to residents, tavern owners, shopowners, wannabe businessmen, and even the previous owners of the property.

Viserys sees his brother squint at the Magister, as if he is about to call him out, and Viserys instead says. "Thank you Magister." He takes a sip of his wine, glaring pointedly at his brother, who scowls but turns back to scowling at the bride and her husband. Relieved at the peace now between them, Viserys turns to Ser Jorah Mormont and asks. "Tell me Ser Jorah, what do you know about the situation within Westeros?" He knows Mormont comes from the north, but he also knows Mormont was exiled by Stark for something that is a laughable offence, and so he is counting on the anger Mormont no doubt harbours towards the Wolves, to be of use.

They had to wait several days for the bomb squad to rescue them, while they could only stare at the bomb, with “Stark Industries”, although Tony Stark had nothing to do with the bombing, their brains developed mental trauma, also considering the lack of further paternal and maternal figures for the twins and the Hydra experiments, it is definitely plausible for them to hate Stark for it, and it can also explain why they (Wanda and Stark) reconciled later.
Over the next few years, the twins struggled to survive, but they managed. They attended many movements and riots that advocated against Tony Stark.

Yao is the name of the original ‘Ancient One’, from the comics.
He did not know and that scared him a bit. It was not as if he could go to someone for guidance. According to that ROB, he had been accosted by the agents of the Vishanti for some reason and they had dragged him from his destination universe into some other universe for their own purposes. Of course, it was stopped but the ROB had no other way to send him to his destination other than taking the help of the VIshanti who paid some sort of heavy price to open a universal portal to send him here. That increased his paranoia and vigilance towards Kamar-Taj. From all the fanfics he had read in his free and not-so-free time when he should have been working, going to Kamar Taj to gain both power and knowledge was almost surely the best way to gain a foothold in the Marvel world. Thinking about it, it was true. Kamar Taj provided for all of your necessities along with giving a safe learning environment where literal magic was taught. You were also given the option to gain your own relic, a literal magical superweapon of sorts. Then, there was the guidance of the Ancient One who was so old that she had actually forgotten her name. Or maybe, she sacrificed it for power, he didn't exactly know.
