It’s a powerful jutsu that can one shot almost anyone in the series, and you can form it instantly with no hand seals. On top of that, once he adds wind nature to it then he’ll have Rasenshuriken, which would probably be his most powerful jutsu

Yes but the chinese translated fics are the ones using the term bijuu bomb. Weebs using Japanese would say bijuu dama. English version is tailed beast ball. Bijuu bomb isn’t used often outside of chinese translated fics

Rather than falling behind Minato, this will allow him to train Flying Raijin WITH Minato. He’ll already get flying raijin from the template, but it’s the version Tobirama used. Training it with Minato will let him use the upgraded version that Minato will create

You’re forgetting that this is before their primes, the sannin aren’t even considered the sannin rn, they’re just strong elite jonins in Konoha. Likely on the same level as Kakashi or something

Kato Dan was a renowned Jonin during the second war, he probably isn’t much weaker than the sannin considering that they aren’t in their prime yet. I’d guess Kato Dan is on a similar level to Asuma or Kakashi (without mangekyo)

I mean Kakashi was a jonin at 10 and Itachi at 13 had Mangekyo and definitely could beat some of the S rank shinobi, so a fanfic MC doing it at 11 isn’t too unreasonable
So according to Kazuki's estimate 70% progress would be enough but according to his template progression speed it will take at least 4 years to reach that level.
