i am beyond disappointed in the author and webnovel. As much as I like the story and want to support the author there is no way I'm going to spend 50+ euros on a web novel. this is just ridiculous and honestly I feel that at this point they are just taking advantage of readers.

I really wish they would just talk. From Riftan's perspective he wants to keep Maxi happy. For him she is the reason he survives all hardships. Ruth says at one point that he used to be very reckless when fighting but he changed. K think he became more careful because now he has something to live for. Maxi on the other hand never had anyone care about her. For her she wants to be part of his world and share the same social bond with the knights and him. She wants to go with him when he leaves to fight.

This novel is just fantastic. One can tell that the author has put a lot of work in building the fictional world within which our characters exist. the characters are also well thought through and the character development is just **chef's kiss**. I cant wait for the next chapters!

The writing is often confusing and doesnt really flow. The story feels a bit unstructured which also restricts the reading flow. I read the first 30 chapters but I wont continue reading it.
