Miraculously, he went back to the past with all of his memories intact? And he has seemed to gain some sort of ability to extract the plot armour of various characters in his world. Talents, Abilities, Affinity, Cultivation, Knowledge, Anything that can make him stronger and allow him to survive in situations he shouldn't are plot armour.
