okay. so this makes much more sence. a 180 catty is almost 240 lbs. she lost 40 lbs in a month if she weighs 150 catties which is 198lbs. that's y the 250 number bothered her. she was almost 250 lbs. that's a lot to lose but is close to realistic if someone was to completely change their diet and exercise.

Depends on hight and bone density so basically genetics. Someone 5 foot is considered obese at 140. I'm 5"11 so I could never get below 190 no matter how hard I tried and was told I had a large and solid bone structure. apparently I'm a brute but I wasn't obese.
