I liked it. Enjoyed the characters, the plot, the world, however there was one mild thing that annoyed me. The synopsis, the dialogue at the end makes no sense to my mind, he says "Why, you ask?" When the question beforehand was a do. Anyway still liked the novel, and you should still defo give it a try.

Brother, that is a WIDE generalisation, the worlds a big place and stereotypes are not always right. There is such a thing as a stay at home father, c'mon bro there's 8 billion people in the world there are not going to always fall into a stereotype.
