The link works with the 'main' monster of the specific dungeon. This first dungeon he goes, the goblins are the main ones. But that's because the first dungeon has a lower rank. When the dungeon has a higher rank, he can only link to a certain area of the dungeon, and get bonuses of the creatures of that certain area. The stronger he gets, the larger the area of the dungeon he can link to. There are certain unique creatures in some dungeons that he can link too and get other bonuses. Anyway, there are more information about the MCs skills in the current chapters, so yeah. In the future there will be lots of kingdom building within the dungeon, invading other dungeons with his own army, killing players to get EXP etc
