This entire fight is terribly written. The mc is stated to have only 2 C rank jutsu and the rasengan with his mangeyko abilities. Also each of his jutsu and ability consumes alot of Chakra and just having Kage level chakra wont cut it for using his abilities multiple times. Meanwhile Obito at this point in time has a greater advantage with his overall abilities and chakra reserves due to his body modification which grants him a partial sage body and healing factor

He is 15 years old but is the younger brother of shisui? That makes no sense. Shisui died when he was 14
