Also in mha the user can only transfel ofa is he consents to it. Or something along those lines. Basically it cant be forcefully taken. (Shigaraki and AFO is a different case)

This is going to be explained later on but in short he can transfer it through DNA but he could also do it by other means. What other means, I cant tell yet.
