With his real face exposed? did kurai sensei not see Axels face at Hogwarts? she should have made the connection then itself if she knows Tristan...that makes it a plot hole...If she doesn't know Tristan Hunt then, seeing Axels real face (again) should not "shock" her and so this part of the paragraph is redundant.
