question isn't the sea serpent of the end redundant when he has the zenith tempest that gives him control on all elements like I looked it up and the clan trait allows the user to control large amounts of water and turn into a sea dragon? like I feel like a different satan clan would have been better or at least broader and not overlapping another power. again just my opinion
