His name is just Nujuro. The V is propably similar to the D.

You know, Law's paternal uncle Doflamingo was announced a long time ago, I'm still waiting for him to make an appearance and force the plot to finally go ahead.

I really hope that the moment Law learns his parents have been executed even before he entered UA, Japan is going to die. Alongside Star and Stripe... "You have no right to reject what I say. Whatever I say is right is right. I am the one who calls the shots."

My guess: During the sport event Law's uncle Doflamingo is going to appear and reveal to him that his parents have already been executed before he even started at UA.
