Bellosom seems more suitable honestly, the hidden ability would turn into Healer, rather than Effect Spore if Gloom evolves into Vileplume. Plus MC already has enough damage dealer now, but who know maybe this MC want to be a Poison Specialist.

It became Sheer Force the moment it evolves into Nidoking, Life Orb+Sheer Force Nidoking. Definitely worth it, better than Poison Point and Rivalry
