hinata did say it's incomplete. she could also be lying about the no movement to lure in a target for her taijutsu and kenjutsu
As a jonin, Kurenai had a lot of actual battle experience, so seeing through the weak point of Hinata's jutsu was rather easy: Hinata couldn't move while using it. The problem was actually abusing that weak point. Projectiles will simply get deflected by a wall of water. Kurenai's genjutsu doesn't seem to work on Hinata at all and Kurenai didn't know any ninjutsu powerful enough to break through Hinata's water shields. Yuna almost spat out blood after hearing Hinata's explanation. The sentence: "The best way to get stronger is through fighting stronger opponents" certainly isn't wrong, but what kind of nutjob would do so all the time? If you push yourself during a dangerous fight it is indeed possible to break through your limit, but constantly pushing a person and expecting that person to constantly break through the limit is just insane. There are only very few people that can go through with that kind of training. They need to be 100% insane and need to have pretty much unshakable willpower. Something almost impossible to achieve. so 4k points of chakra gained, broke through 200k and still low tier kage. Id say 250k then for mid tier and then 500k for high and 750k for peak tier if there is one

not that they wouldn't be functional and yes the runes would help but there are thousands of adventurers and Axel is one man. this would also encroach onto the Goibnu and Hephaestus familia along with any craftsman immortals like Muramasa. Axel already barely has time to make hid rings which are the simplest form of magic he can make and provide to others. that already helps non magic users utilize magic and gain stats from that to provide more diversity to all adventurers. maybe once Axel can properly settle down he could create a few custom elvish sets for an apprentice adventurer or something
"Shade that I am" Axel states and his body glows before he splits into 4 and begins to systematically take down the various adventurers who are attacking him. He is still wearing his armor but Raikou gave him a robe to wear before he left home and that is making him look like he is unprotected. Axel quickly realizes that his goddess knew that the Apollo Familia had been lying in wait for him. makes sense. I might develop this more when Axel has at least reached an acceptable level of swordsmanship and magic before he develops into archery.
The knight named Corey takes out his own sword and stands opposite of Axel while the first knight is taken away by the sword hands (essentially a type of servant like a squire). that's only when he loses control and uses a proper full form 1 tail. in his current state, it's a mini cloak as Kurama isn't trying to escape yet.
