I seriously tried to read this, the premise is simple and somewhat silly but it caught my attention, but imagine my surprise when the author decided to smoke the biggest Mary Jean joint in history, to create the frightening power levels of this work, the guy was comparing saiyans with low class demons, simply stupid and no matter how AU it is, there are levels that must be respected. My recommendation to the author is to put the noose around the neck of that story and immediately do a complete rewrite, this time using his brain to write.

No sé pa, definitivamente no leas esto, es la cúspide de lo edgy y mediocre, relleno de Naruto, con trama parecida a una novela china donde el protagonista es sumamente molesto, no sé loco, léete Crepúsculo o algo así.

I've been reading exactly 30 chapters of this story, I've endured quite a lot I'd say, and yes, my opinion is the same, it's a pretty mediocre story in terms of characters, the plot is slow (the pace is so slow it's insufferable), absurd and everything that composes it lacks something interesting (using as a base things from DmC: Devil May Cry when you have the original product that has a better construction in.Everything, it's just silly), it's full of annoying clichés in terms of Marvel characterization, the protagonist causes tremendous cringe every time he tries to be genuinely "badass" and the fights are blandly narrated. It's the story of a random edgy dork with less personality than a rock who tries to be Dante (or his failed reboot version) and fails miserably in the process, no more.

Well, this story caught my attention because of the very high rating it has, but I must disagree with the 4.9 rating, reasons? Well, it has a giant problem. This is the typical story where the author doesn't know how to decide which arc to start his story with, and added all of them at the same time, plus it feels like a Chinese novel in a certain aspect, I'll explain that below. The story itself begins, it starts with the protagonist fighting the guy who stole his girlfriend, the protagonist defeats and humiliates him, that uncovers a plot about a very potent drug that for some convenient reason, no authority has discovered it and is being casually used by teenagers, well, brain dead logic, but no that's not the problem. The point is that after the protagonist's victory, the older brother of the guy who was humiliated, comes from absolute nowhere to control hypnotize an entire school AND AN ENTIRE POLICE BODY, nothing more to catch the protagonist. After that, some sort of random martial artist, decides not to give a damn about a guy who is hypnotizing hundreds of people, instead, he decides to go fight the protagonist, after that another doujin character (who coincidentally is not hypnotized) shows up and helps for some reason the protagonist. But that doesn't stop there, because not much later ANOTHER RANDOM CHARACTER shows up, to again go against the protagonist. This is what I mean when I say it looks like a Chinese cultivation novel, and not a good one. Protagonist reincarnated in a practically crippled (very weak) body: ✅ The protagonist has some sort of special power that works when it's convenient for the plot: ✅ A generic antagonist who immediately gets in the way of the protagonist: ✅ A random character who comes to avenge the previous protagonist: ✅ More random characters who come in a pack to go against the protagonist: ✅ The story rather than following a narrative course, it's as if the author took all the ingredients in his kitchen and threw them into the frying pan over high heat regardless of the composition of said ingredients, an absolute mess. The novel is fine at the level of grammar, the characters...meh, the protagonist? A muscle head who only thinks with his fists, meh. A plus for this story? It has few chapters, very few and everything is a mess, but it's still a plus because it has a lot of room for improvement. Is the story bad? I would say no, but its problems are not exactly few, definitely not for a 4.9, maybe 3.4 all things considered, if this story improves, this review will be deleted and updated.

By the way, Satan Class does not exist, the power scale goes up to Ultimate Class, the rest is fanon.

Certainly he is stronger Artemis is stronger than Grayfia, my doubt comes mostly from Issei's previous feats, he beat Kokabiel and tank his most powerful attacks, a guy who fought Vasco Strada Prime, who was the bane of any devil that wasn't Super Class (Sirzechs had respect for him though), then he defeats Vali JD with moderate difficulty, Vali Balance Breaker was already easily High Ultimate Class, Vali JD obviously far surpasses said power, Peak Ultimate Class for sure, Issei beat him, then if I remember correctly the chapter of their fight, he leveled up, so the difference shouldn't be abysmal, because I'm sure Vali JD from the biblical faction meeting arc, sweeps the floor with Grayfia every day of the week. That's why my question if this is AU, because if you take the canonical power scale, this is totally unbalanced everywhere you look, but being AU I can expect changes, as long as they don't break the established logic to the point of wrecking the already very flimsy power scale that the DxDVerse has, then all good, thanks for answering.

Are these factions AU? Why are the Greek gods in DxD OG not nearly as strong, only Hades (the strongest), Zeus and Apollo have worthy feats, and the latter isn't even that strong. And then if you add Orion, who isn't even a god, you're left with a very unbalanced power scale.

The story is not bad, I would give it 4 stars, because the system seems good to me and the MC is not a pervert hungry for female flesh, the characters are solid and I like the detail that the MC's parents seem to care about him, and have critical thinking, instead of being brain dead NPC's, but this story needs a huge amount of editing, URGENTLY. 40% of the sentences are cut in half, leaving the rest separated into different paragraphs, example: Hello my name is Jeff. That's extremely annoying to read, especially for me, because English is not my mother tongue and sometimes I find it hard to understand what the fuck some characters mean. Otherwise, good start, an entertaining story that I can recommend if you have some free time, 3.8 stars and if the author corrects the mentioned mistakes, then I will delete this review and give it 4 stars.
