🤔 I mean this is more of a protag thing than a villain thing I think, but there are plenty of the ‘young master’ types that lust after women so imma count that as strike 3 on the villain tropes!
That’s 2 strikes for the villain tropes! Let’s see if we can go for 3 😆
If this follows common troupes she just guranteed being a villain in her new life lol 😂 villain families always are the most supportive and caring
It’s less that they are Satanists and just more that they are misguided I guess?? Anyone who bothers to actually read the Bible can see that the new covenant brings with it more acceptance and understanding even in the face of sin. The sins didn’t stop being sins, but the rules regarding how a Christian is to act regarding them certainly experienced a shift. Granted as history shows that was a lesson that took quite a while to adapt to, as there are countless examples of groups of Christian’s persecuting others for perceived sins, even as late as the past 200 or so years (some witch burnings and the view that left handedness is a sign of the devil lol) It was never a Christian’s place to judge anyways according to the Bible.
That particular bit, as well as adulterous women being killed, are cultural things that are included in the Bible. These things were a part of law back then and a natural part of life, same as they are in some countries today, but they aren’t really indicative of the broader picture of modern Christianity. With that being said homosexuality is viewed as a sin, yes. But unlike in the Old Testament where these rules were harshly enforced, the new covenant that began with the death of Jesus preaches peace love and acceptance, thus even if you don’t agree with it, you shouldn’t condemn a person for their choices
This is a whole lot of bs you just wrote. Literally every single piece of it is taken completely out of context and acting as if love can only exist in a romantic sense, which obviously isn’t true if you’ve ever felt the love of family or platonically loved a friend. About Leviticus 18:22, the actual Hebrew translation says nothing about children at all. It says “w'eth-zäkhār lö' tiškav miškevē 'iššâ” which basically translates to the same thing the KJV says, only shortened a bit to “(as a man) you shall not lie with a male as woman”, which is then more clarified to match our modern English in KJV and newer translations Love your neighbor isn’t a call to go sleep with your neighbor, it is not a romantically charged statement at all, and neither was your other examples. At least the OP has a point to argue, like how Christian’s should be more accepting of others, rather than condemn them for their actions, as Jesus himself associated with what amounted to prostitutes, thieves, and murderers and showed them as much care as he did anyone else. Your statements on the other hand are purposefully misrepresenting every single example you gave which is kinda sickening and harms your argument more than anything.
I’ve had a story lose me doing this exact thing, but I don’t think this one will have that problem Synopsis and tags had op mc, but first chapter showcased a big fight with the mc at wits end and about to die, then we get the next 10 chapters showing him as being far stronger than he was at that fight, which makes zero sense. I skimmed ahead just to see what changed, and it turned out the author decided to nerf the mc to the ground right at the fight with no warning or real reasoning 😩 Was a shame
When did she say that?? When was she given a choice?? You are acting like her involuntarily being born into the family she was means she should suffer in silence for the rest of her life. This logic makes no sense at all! So only poor people have a right to be free to make their own choices?? I can’t even fathom the logic you’re using, not to mention this is a world where cultivation is a think so class barriers are more meaningless than anything. A beggar could have strength to rival an entire kingdom, so yet again your argument makes zero sense
More like 18-20ish
Bro your logic, while sound if you don’t look too deep into it, is basically the same logic as slavery. Like ‘I bought you and paid for your food, so you better not be ungrateful and do as I say’ This isn’t the real world where women were treated as less than men in nearly every way, where her ability to sure children is her only use. This is a cultivation world, where strength is everything, and the heavens are equal, so your logic immediately falls apart when you consider that she isn’t beholden to her families politics and power plays just by the virtue of having a strong master Not to mention it’s pretty f’d up that you think she should sacrifice her life and happiness just because her father wants to sell her to whoever will give the best benefits.
