I'm kinda confused by the MC's character, is alright with asking a lot of questions, but he seems a little too talketative than the early chaps, how did he know about soul weapons all of a sudden? How old is he even? he gave the impression of a young child at first but now he seems like a teenager...

Instead of attacking, he had only been dodging the minotaur's attacks while studying its movements and attack patterns. There wasn't much to analyse even, as the attack pattern was pretty simple, just wide powerful strikes nothing complex. the words here are weird, if coming from a scientific world, you are not familiar with a science world how are you supposed to be familiar with a mythological world when you literally know nothing about it. Did he get familiar with a mythological world from anime or what?
