I feel like you need to get back to the story timeline, have these big advancement battles, but you can't just stop the story arc like this. have 80% of his progress in the story arc and each battle will be meaningful instead of chapter after chapter of time chamber training with no stakes.

overall I feel that this is a great novel, but it feels rushed in how quickly you went with MC's power-ups, you need more struggles and conflicts for him to grow and power-ups. right now he's a 1950s superman, convently immortal and indestructible. This early in the novel it loses any sense of drama or achievement and shallows out your character. You'll have to hammer him with a massive crisis putting everything in proper proportion to MC's strength.

it seems like a huge power spike, where's the struggle and character development? this is like a mary-sue superman in the starting town. I call the author a cheater! using all his cheat codes before the first raid boss lol

that's awesome, but it seems like you're giving him an end game power-up in the starting town. what challenges will he face before ever starting his journey?
