As for the conqueror's haki, I really don't think he possesses it, precisely because he is not a conqueror. I have interpreted this type of haki in this way. Kizaru doesn't have the soul of someone who wants to be the best of everyone or dominate others.

Apparently there has been some confusion with the last chapters. Aokiji does not have the conqueror. Quite simply, Oda never wanted to differentiate the clashes with the different types of haki. I think by now, whoever uses the conqueror's haki while someone is fighting, the fists don't touch (remember the clash between Kaido and Luffy or between Roger and Whitebeard? Just that.) with the sky splitting in two.
