ok I'm kind of knit picking here but why did she call him Mr Felix when his last name is cainhurst?

for some reason the mc also does weird creepy invasive shit and it's just accepted because they are the mc and they are op, like forcefully inserting themselves into any situation they can then solving it then acting like they are all buddy buddy best friends with the main cast despite just meeting them then that pattern repeated multiple times while the main cast act completely out of character and suck the MCs dick constantly and then all the girls fall in love with them then one of the main cast becomes evil and ends up pushing their love interest into the MCs arms (i swear i have seen this exact plot like 5 times at this point)
