Tbh, he is growing naturally. Just far far far faster than others, and a lot of authors love doing things where the mc is at a young age and achieves the greatest of feats with the highest of resumes. But in doing this, they also want the mc to experience all the “good” sides as well, like women and stuff of that kind. So the answer to that is just keep his age low while his physique and everything else becomes that of a higher age. And the shotaconning is kinda(not really but kinda) justified if the dude acts old and looks old as well you know?
