Late reply, but it said a red light flew past seawater and flashed Through the SPACE. Bo Saixi is indeed matchless in sea, but the device flew through space itself, literally smacked onto her neck. She's master in sea, but it doesn't include space. Spatial Law isn't in her Arsenal.
