That's alright. Just accidentally found out one WN story in Wattpad and upon digging deeper, realised that there are quite a lot of them! Since I have not really read in WN, cross checking becomes difficult. Nonetheless , I am glad that I could let you know.

You would need to go the whole DMCA way. I would suggest, let the person know that you aren't okay wirh her/him posting your stuff anywhere without your permission. This would reduce a lot of work if the person takes the book down. I accidentally found one of the Webnovel books in Wattpad which made me look a bit deep into it and I am finding a lot of Webnovel stories put in Wattpad free to read. It sucks.
