Filler chapters do get a little annoying.

it's nice to see that not all patients can be saved.

I have to disagree. All romance is hard to write, so there is a very low success rate for any of them. Harems are just not more successful than a 1-1 romance. That said harems are more likely to include more romance stereotypes that are plot killers. For me that is yandere.

Hiring employees should have been after the conveyer construction.
