The limit is kind of superfluous as long as his cooldown is longer than the limit itself.

I mean to plunder is to steal. Difference is usually plunder implies stealing by force whereas stealing itself lacks this implication. So all plunder is stealing, but not all stealing is plunder. Though the way the skill is described stealing would actually be the more accurate way to name it and I suspect they just used plunder because it sounded cooler.

The last part of this paragraph seems like it should have been at the end of the previous paragraph instead. Now it sounds like Martin is referring to himself as his dashing Legolas.
