This raises an important question, does Luffy want to be the freest man on the sea because he ate the spoiler spoiler no mi? Or did the fruit find him cause he wanted to be freest man?

Isn't it reversed? Beerus' univers is 7 and Champa's is 6 right?

For some reason i want to see the tournament broken down into multiple ones starting with the weakest competitors where maybe the top three move up to the next level bracket to experience the strength of those stronger than them and maybe develop their potential in that situation like some of the competitors in the ToP did. All culminating to a top four tournament with Alex as the highest seed vs the three strongest in the universe in a battle royal.

This isn't a question of can he do it, well it sort of is? Hiruzen would be more than capable of maintaining one Shadow Clone to help him with paperwork, but he doesn't. Ergo there's likely a code of conduct forbidding them from doing so. So yes, he could use Shadow Clones, bit he likely isn't allowed to. And anyone can use the shadow clone training regiment, however they won't be able to use it as effectively as Naruto can due to how fast Naruto can recover his stamina and his chakra reserves. If i recall right. When Naruto needed to rest his mind he made a bunch of clones to take naps as well. And the reason the normal shinobi forcrs don't use shadow clomes is not because of Shadow Clone training backlash, but because they don't have enough chakra to use it. The technique was restricted to only being learnt by jonin since they have enough chakra to use it without accidentally harming themselves from overdrawing chakra or something.

Also you can't judge Naruto's parenting skills based on Boruto who was just a spoiled brat who was butt hurt that his father didn't have time to pay attention to him.

You try running and keeping the peace of a large city, and before anyone says shadow clones, Sarutobi Hiruzen was never used them either, there is probably conduct rules about it. Who would trust a leader who didn't handle all his work personally and sent a clone to do it? As for being a good father and husband? Naruto is an orphan remember, he never really had those kinds of interactions to draw from. Other than some small kindnesses from the ramen shop guy, Iruka and Hiruzen, and very little from Kakashi who mainly focused on Sasuke. Jiraiya was the closest thing to a parental figure that Naruto had, and he was literally a pervy old sage. So where was Naruto supposed to find time to be a Father and Husband? He became the Hokage after Kakashi retired, who I am sure wanted nothing to do with paperwork after having to help Tsunade with it during Konoha's second reconstruction. Followed by the next Ninja War against Madara / Kaguya and then gods only know how many peace summit meetings. Naruto also has to deal with the rapid industrialization and expansion that Konoha is going through in Boruto. So where would he find time to be at home in all that mess? People keep judging Naruto's parenting and husband skills based upon what they think he should be doing, and not on his circumstances.

I'm hopeful that he actually won't take Hinata. I mean this is Naruto's future wife we are talking about. Naruto may be a huge idiot, but it wasn't his fault. The only teacher who paid attention to him was Iruka, so his studies in the academy were definitely compromised, especially by Mizuki. And what people don't realise is that Naruto attempted to test out of the academy early twice, and only failed because he couldn't do the clone jutsu.
