I think the story is well written, and it really grabbed my attention, but unfortunately, the things and elements about the love story between the main character and one of the male leads I want to be extremely toxic. It seems to be romanticizing in abuse and toxic relationships and I just can’t continue to read this. But that’s just my personal opinion some people enjoy that kind of thing I do not.

She’s truly a victim of abuse and grooming if ask it takes is some declaration is stalker to move her heart

I like him even less now. Indentured servants are basically slaves with little ability to refuse their employer and he took his frustration out on them like that. I hope he’s not end game.
