i think maybe strong politician in keeping his position as hokage way longer that he should’ve.. after all there were way too many notable people that could have taken up the mantle..

hiashi, fugaku, nawaki, shikaku were a bit older than minato, tho no more than 7 years for sure but most authors like to place them in the same group. i think of it like the age difference between shisui and itachi

tsuande was like three when the first died.. then the second died like years later. since the author said the 1st war ended a short while ago then tsuande is likely in her teens or early 20’s.. this is kushina minato and nawaki’s time.. maybe nawaki might be a bit older just like fugaku but yeah this is their generation cuz remember that the third war started not long after the 2nd. and tsuande is in her 50’s by the start of cannon
