Frankly I'd rather believe Garp is a freak of nature that trained his Armarment Haki so much that it could match Conquer's Coating than him having Conquers Haki. Garp has no desire to be a king or conquer. So even if he has it, it should be weak af

Hard Line. But so true. Same for the heroes. They either die young with a heroic death. Or see themselves become a villain later down the line only to be taken out by a new 'hero'.
