Maybe, if you're the only one playing with it. During my time we had an entire child gambling culture revolving around them - complete with proper pots of actual money, gambling dens (with mine being the first one, which was quickly copied several times over in a week) where they were used as either currency or as chips, addicts knee deep in debt, gang muggings during and after school hours... Those were some fun times. Unfortunately, rats are common and children are trash at keeping secrets in general, so this whole shebang was known to the staff since day one; and despite the usual procrastination / general lack of care, they did decide to crack down with the banhammer after some guy got hospitalized.

*expanded. But 'expended' works too with how painfully stupid he is.
He spent, what, thirty plus years on exclusively training those two abilities while having half a dozen perks assisting him and hasn't even reached 10% of what the original protagonists who used those powers could do after a month of casual experimentation (without any prior knowledge about those abilities unlike mc, might I add). And now he wants to add even more active skills to his roster? Just how braindead was he before the start of the story that even after getting numerous mind boosting perks and perfected version of NZT he barely reached the level of a village idiot...
Meh. If everyone is super - no one is. It would just become the new norm.
Agreed. Gotta groom them properly first.

Why bother with other worlds when you already have Sephiroth Graal casually chilling in Tepes basement.
Nice try, scammer! Imagine being monogamous in DxD.
