he mentioned nascent soul as lvl 4 , which means lvl 1= qi refine, lvl 2 = foundation, lvl 3= gold core, Based on this lvl 12 would corrospone to some cultivation realm in the upper/immortal world. as lvl 8 in this story world would be mahayana realm and above it lvl 9 tribulation and lvl 10 immortal realm. Thus lvls 11-12 should be in the upper/immortal world
