Yes, he is indact doing more then molesting her, he is grooming her! Saying he is doing one thing(feeling all over her) to “help her” while also injecting energy where only the energy part is necessary is taking advantage to grope her… total pedo… while trying to take advantage of her, the fact that the guard didn’t kill him was protagonist plot armor which is very real in the setting too…
