Basically depends on how the author views memories. Could view them as they are stored perfectly in the mind but you’re just not able to pull them out well, or could view them as stored blurry and continually fading, depending on impact and emotion. For the first, improving your brain and body can make those memories crisp and clear and easy to see, for the second, there’s only so much memory there, you can pull it out perfectly and keep it perfect now that your body and mind is better, but if the original memory is a blur and full of holes, that’s as good as it’ll ever be

When you are making your mc OP, just admit it and don’t randomly nerf him for a fight. Hell, he’s not using any of his upgraded arts, nor his eyes, and barely using his strength. Only the last one sorta counts cause the strength vs ephemera or whatever it’s called can bridge that

Somewhat, but he said he was going to use it and practice it while fighting them, and he has ten times the experience practicing that technique as was used to master what it evolved from, so he can use it at least decently, and just needs a little getting used to to upgrade from decent to okay

He’s apparently using negative techniques, techniques that make him weaker, cause even if there was surprise, he flat out tanked, caught, and held the older and stronger brother
