I see your point, but that is something I never understood as well. He comes from a successful family, wouldn't he want to continue that business, why does he have to restart everything? I would rather take over my father's position and grow the business. no one looked down on Bruce Wayne for picking being the CEO of Wayne enterprises. and Tony didn't start something new, he continued his father's business. Mc',$s family business is already well established on the market and has connections, resources and trust amongst the consumers. starting something new would just be time consuming and a waste of time since he's on a time limit and a deadline. take over his family business grow it, use it's resources to your advantage. and prepare for the future events. if he wants fame and recognition there's a thousand other ways to do that. well not that it really matters, I just don't see the point. the story is great though

I get that he wants connections with F4, but why not do similar things with his father's business? they are a global business, and should have a tech department right? help them go to new heights with new technologies as well
